Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 1+ year of experience as Personal Injury Case Manager in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Experience handling bodily injury, pre-litigation, property damage, PIP, medical records and bills, and insurance communications.
• Proficient in Litify or Salesforce or similar case management systems.
• Strong client communication, organization and ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury clients from intake through case progression.
• Apply knowledge of bodily injury claims and pre-litigation case management processes.
• Identify cases eligible for Full Demand, Quick Demand, or Global Demand and submit to the appropriate department.
• Review and submit potential production cases for attorney evaluation.
• Qualify clients for Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits.
• Assist clients with property damage matters and loss of use/diminished value claims.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and carriers to obtain coverage and claim information.
• Monitor and follow up on client medical treatment and case progression.
• Request, obtain, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate adjuster and insurance information within Litify.
• Submit applicable subrogation and attorney lien documentation.
• Document all case activity thoroughly and accurately in Litify.
• Maintain frequent communication with clients and provide case updates.
• Ensure cases are prepared for attorney review and discharge when appropriate.
