Job summary

The Ward Law Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Case Manager to guide injured clients through the personal injury claims process. You will work closely with attorneys, medical providers, and insurers to move cases efficiently from intake to settlement or litigation.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong organization, attention to detail, and experience using Litify or a similar case management system. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Bodily Injury Claims processes including insurance and medical coordination.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and advocate for clients throughout the claims process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and guide them through the claims process.
• Present and explain settlement offers and advise on next steps.
• Coordinate with medical providers and insurers to gather documentation and estimates.
• Maintain accurate case files in Litify and track demands, offers, and authorizations.
