Job summary

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager – Settlements & Negotiations to support the settlement process and negotiate personal injury claims under attorney supervision.

The role requires managing Florida plaintiff PI cases from intake through settlement, coordinating medical treatment, and maintaining thorough case documentation in Litify or Salesforce. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with clients and insurers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury case management, negotiations, or settlements experience, including Florida BI, PIP, and UM/UIM claims.
• Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm, preferably using Litify or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage Florida plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement, including insurance communications, medical treatment coordination, settlement negotiations, and familiarity with Florida BI, PIP, and UM/UIM claims.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify.
