Qualifications

• Experience with Bodily Injury claims process and settlements.
• Proficiency with Litify or similar case management systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for clients, guiding them through the claims process.
• Present and explain initial settlement offers and next steps.
• Educate clients about medical treatments and legal procedures, including lawsuits.
• Maintain bi-weekly proactive communication with clients, addressing inquiries within 24 hours.
• Manage full lifecycle of personal injury cases from intake to settlement or litigation.
• Coordinate with insurance providers and medical providers to support settlements and meditations.
