Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Personal Banker in the Fayette Washington Region to deepen client relationships and drive branch sales through proactive outreach and service excellence. You will engage customers, educate on banking products, and leverage partnerships to grow wallet share.

You will lead by example in conversations, manage risk, and support daily branch operations while delivering superior customer experiences aligned with PNC standards.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree and related experience or product knowledge.
• 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and loyalty.
• Leads by example in driving proactive sales conversations and delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions leveraging technology and resources.
