Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Notary Public eligibility and successful background checks as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Lead proactive sales conversations with defined processes including outbound calling and lobby engagements.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation to identify suitable solutions and drive revenue and loyalty.
• Educate customers on financial products and services, leveraging technology and resources.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures and participate in daily branch operations.
