UMB Bank is seeking a Personal Banker in Denton, TX to build strong customer relationships and recommend financial solutions. You will learn UMB’s products and sales process through extensive training and mentorship.

The role focuses on converting interactions into financial needs assessments, managing a loan pipeline, and expanding the customer base via proactive outreach and cross-selling in a high-energy team.

Formación

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of retail banking sales experience or related experience.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.
• Strong math skills and problem-solving within risk parameters.
• Proven ability to build trust and relationships with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Ask personalized questions to understand financial goals and connect customers with solutions.
• Manage a loan pipeline and grow cross-sell opportunities across home equity, personal, auto loans, and mortgage referrals.
• Create sales opportunities and grow the customer base through networking and proactive sourcing.
• Learn and follow bank processes, including transactions and documentation.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance metrics while delivering excellent customer service.
• Support branch goals and collaborate with leadership and teammates.
