Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience with customers and product recommendations.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Call leads and visit businesses to offer workplace banking and referrals.
• Meet daily KPIs while balancing priorities and ensuring accuracy.
• Learn processes like cash handling and bank documentation per standards.
