Minimal requirements include a HS diploma and 2 years of retail banking sales experience; ability to obtain NMLS within 90 days and willingness to work varied branch hours.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of retail banking sales experience or other relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain an NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly and accurately.
• Basic math skills and the ability to problem solve within risk parameters.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships.
• Strong business development capabilities for growing a personal book of business.

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to learn customers' financial goals and offer solutions.
• Create and manage a loan pipeline with strong closing conversions.
• Source consumer lending opportunities through networking and proactive sourcing.
• Learn processes like transactions, cash handling, and bank documentation to industry standards.
• Meet daily KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
