Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking operations, products and services.
• Understanding of federal regulations and banking guidelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business model and engage subject matter experts to explore opportunities with the client.
• Execute client account servicing activities (e.g., wires, transfers, account openings/closings, maintenance).
• Proactively communicate with relationship management and NCSS teams to obtain needed information.
• Handle cash transactions and daily balancing, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Assist with Safe Deposit Box maintenance where available.
• Demonstrate expertise in setting up client accounts and services; review documentation for completeness.
• Follow risk and compliance guidelines and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of core banking applications and online tools; stay updated on product enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to respond to client questions and cross-sell services to expand client relationships.
• Monitor banking reports and assist with audits as directed by leadership.
• Mentor fellow Personal Bankers and share deposit-area expertise.
