Job summary

Northern Trust seeks a Personal/Universal Banker to deliver exceptional client service and manage a full range of banking products. You will open, maintain and service client accounts, perform money movement, and prepare client materials while ensuring compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include cross-selling, maintaining records, and collaborating with relationship management and operations teams. A minimum of 3–5 years in banking and strong communication are required; US work

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related banking experience.
• Knowledge of banking operations, products and services.
• Knowledge of federal regulations and banking guidelines.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and submit client account servicing activities within time frames (e.g., wires, fund transfers, account openings/closures).
• Maintain accurate client records and perform document imaging and issue resolution.
• Cross-sell and identify client needs to expand relationships.
• Mentor fellow bankers and support process improvements in Wealth Management.
