Job summary

The Northern Trust Company is seeking a Personal Banker in Florida to support client relationships and provide comprehensive banking services. You will manage wires, transfers, account openings/closures, and day-to-day servicing to ensure accurate records and high client satisfaction.

You will also work with relationship teams to identify client needs, upsell services, and stay compliant with banking policies.

Qualifications

Knowledge of banking operations and products.
3-5 years of related experience.
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Understand client relationships and engage subject matter experts to explore opportunities.
Execute client account servicing activities including wires, transfers, and account maintenance.
Proactively coordinate with relationship management and NCSS teams to obtain information.
Handle cash transactions and daily balancing, adhere to WM Lobby Banking Operations policies.
Assist with Safe Deposit Box maintenance where available.
Set up client accounts, review documentation for completeness, and prevent deficiencies.
Maintain knowledge of banking applications and new product offerings to respond to client questions and expand relationships.
Monitor banking reports and assist with audits as directed by the Team Leader/Manager.
Mentor fellow Personal Bankers and share expertise in deposit services.
