Job summary

Northern Trust in Dallas is seeking a Personal Banker to manage client relationships and provide proactive servicing across wires, transfers, account maintenance, and related activities.

You will collaborate with relationship teams, handle cash and daily balancing, assist with Safe Deposit Boxes where available, and mentor colleagues while strictly following risk, and compliance guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Understanding the business model and engaging appropriate business unit subject matter experts to explore potential opportunities with the client.
• Maintains a strong knowledge of policies and procedures and adheres to risk and compliance guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and/or submit client account servicing activities within appropriate time frames, including wires and fund transfers, opening/closing accounts, and researching client issues.
• Proactively communicates with relationship management and NCSS teams to obtain necessary information.
• Handle paying and receiving activities, including cash transactions and daily balancing.
• Assist with maintenance and servicing of Safe Deposit Boxes where available.
• Mentor fellow Personal Bankers and share expertise in deposit area.
