Responsibilities

• Understand the business model and engage subject matter experts to explore opportunities with the client.
• Execute and/or submit client account servicing activities within required timeframes (wires, transfers, accounts opening/closing).
• Proactively communicate with relationship management and NCSS teams to obtain necessary information.
• Maintain accurate and complete account records and assist with deposits and cash balancing.
