Gusto is hiring a seasoned Paid Acquisition Manager in a high-visibility role within the Demand Generation team. You will own execution across paid social and new channel tests, driving pipeline and revenue within a framework designed for AI-native workflows.

You will manage multi-million-dollar budgets, collaborate with Web, Brand, and Product marketing, and lead measurement and experimentation to scale performance. Denver-based with hybrid office expectations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS, performance marketing agency, or high-growth consumer org.

Responsabilités

• Own paid social strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and TikTok, with accountability to pipeline and revenue targets.
• Manage multi-million dollar budgets with budgeting, pacing, and forecasting.
• Refine and apply paid acquisition measurement framework and attribution principles.
• Lead creative strategy and testing at scale, briefing studios and agencies and running experiments.
• Document playbooks and best practices for paid acquisition team.
• Use AI tools to generate briefs, copy variants, and accelerate audience research.
• Identify, test, and pilot new digital media channels beyond core paid social, e.g., Google Demand Generation and ChatGPT ads.
• Collaborate with Web Marketing on landing pages, message match, and post-click conversion.
• Align with Brand/Influencer to translate organic content into paid scale.
• Work with Engineering to launch pixels and tracking and ensure reliable measurement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align paid social with integrated campaigns and earned media.
