ghd is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to drive multi‑channel growth across DTC, Amazon, and Retailer.com. You will shape strategy, lead agency partnerships, and optimize marketing investments for profitable growth.

In this role, you’ll work with finance and analytics to forecast results, evaluate new platforms, and translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership in a fast‑paced beauty tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
5–10 years of performance marketing or growth marketing experience.
Experience managing agency relationships and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
Strong understanding of paid media channels: search, social, affiliate, influencer, and retail media.
Experience building customer journey strategies and cross‑channel performance plans.

Responsibilities

Define the performance marketing strategy and channel roadmap for paid search, social, affiliate, influencer, retail media, and emerging channels.
Lead relationships with performance agencies, setting priorities, testing agendas, and success metrics.
Ensure agencies meet KPIs, roadmaps, and optimization plans.
Coordinate cross‑channel DTC, Amazon, and Retail Media strategies for cohesive execution.
Partner with Finance and Analytics to forecast performance and provide actionable recommendations.
