Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own performance marketing strategy and channel roadmap across paid search, paid social, affiliate, influencer, retail media, and emerging channels.
• Lead relationships with performance agencies, set direction, priorities, testing agendas, and success metrics.
• Hold agencies accountable for KPIs, testing roadmaps, and optimization plans.
• Coordinate cross-channel DTC, Amazon, and Retail Media strategies for cohesive execution and efficient investment.
• Partner with Finance and Analytics for forecasting, readouts, and post‑campaign analysis (no direct budget ownership).
• Evaluate new platforms and partners, recommending tests, scale, or deprioritization.
• Act as agency sponsor to drive success and align with senior leadership; optimize end-to-end customer journeys.
• Define measurement strategy with MMM, MTA/MMT, incrementality testing, attribution, and cross‑channel analysis.
