• Experience managing agency relationships and media spend.

• Define performance marketing strategy and channel roadmap across paid search, social, affiliate, influencer, and retail media.
• Lead relationships with performance agencies and set priorities, testing agendas, and success metrics.
• Ensure agencies are accountable for KPIs, testing roadmaps, and optimization plans.
• Coordinate cross‑channel alignment between DTC, Amazon, and Retail Media strategies for cohesive execution.
• Forecast with Finance and Analytics and provide actionable insights.
• Evaluate new platforms and partners for testing and scaling.
