Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in performance/growth marketing or analytics.
• Experience managing agencies to execute ads across paid media.
• Familiarity with MMM, MTA/MMT, attribution and cross‑channel measurement.
• Strong analytical, budget, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and set performance marketing strategy across paid search, social, affiliate, influencer, and retail media.
• Lead strategic relationships with performance agencies with clear direction and KPIs.
• Hold agencies to KPIs, testing roadmaps, and optimization plans.
• Direct cross‑channel alignment of DTC, Amazon, and Retail Media strategies.
• Partner with Finance and Analytics for forecasting, readouts, and post‑campaign analysis.
