GoTo in the United States is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own paid search, paid social, and programmatic strategy, driving revenue and pipeline through data-driven decisions.

You will lead testing, attribution, and incrementality, partner with agencies, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership. This is a remote role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, with hands‑on expertise in at least two channels.
• Strong analytical foundation and experience with GA4, SQL, BI and dashboarding tools, and Excel.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments and applying attribution/incrementality methods.
• Proven track record of owning multi‑channel budgets against revenue or pipeline targets.
• Experience working with agency partners and holding them accountable to performance standards.
• Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
• Allocate and optimize the paid media budget across channels.
• Direct agency partners and internal stakeholders with clear priorities and testing roadmaps.
• Evaluate new channels and AI-powered discovery for investment decisions.
• Develop a data-driven testing roadmap across creatives, audiences, and channels.
• End-to-end funnel visibility from impression to conversion and identify performance gaps.
• Own channel reporting and dashboards with data partners to ensure accuracy.
• Design and analyze experiments with clear success metrics.
• Evaluate attribution and incrementality with independent analysis.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
