Job summary

EverAI is seeking a hands-on Performance & Growth role to accelerate paid acquisition across multiple channels. You will inherit high-performing campaigns, partner with the CMO to scale growth, and test new channels depending on performance and market constraints.

Ideal candidates have a track record of managing large monthly budgets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to own both creative input and tactical optimization. This is a fully remote opportunity with global reach.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or two paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google), expand by performance.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration with aggressive growth targets.
• Run rapid testing loops on creatives, audiences, placements to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance daily with Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
• Drive decisions via CPA, ROAS, retention and cohort analysis.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks guiding strategic shifts.
• Own creative briefs: define hooks, formats, angles by performance.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to launch landing pages.
• Implement systems to reduce fatigue and speed testing.
• Build relationships with traffic sources and negotiate placements.
• Explore new networks, formats, tools; build evaluation criteria.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and adapt strategy.
• Automate acquisition processes; create SOPs and playbooks.
• Scale campaigns to 3x+ budget while maintaining CAC/ROAS goals.
• Grow user base from 30M to 100M in 12 months.
• Execute 0-to-1 testing in new channels.
• Improve conversion via landing page testing and funnel iteration.
• Own creative input and analytical feedback loops.
