Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Senior Performance Marketer to drive growth for its AI companionship platform in a fully remote role. You will own high-spend paid media initiatives, iterate quickly on creative and funnel optimizations, and partner with the CMO to scale our user base from tens to hundreds of millions.

You’ll test new channels, optimize CAC/LTV, and build scalable systems, while navigating a fast-paced startup culture focused on speed, results, and responsible growth.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid acquisition campaigns across key platforms.
• Analyze CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior to drive decisions.
• Lead creative briefs and landing-page optimization to boost funnel conversions.
• Build automation and SOPs to scale campaigns efficiently.
