Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale paid acquisition across multiple channels. You will work directly with the CMO to optimize CAC and ROAS while expanding into new channels like TikTok and Google.

You’ll build scalable funnels, test aggressively, and partner with product and content teams to launch high-converting campaigns. This is a fully remote, international role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own one or two paid acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) with expansion potential.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from ideation to iteration with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to improve CAC and ROAS.
• Monitor performance daily using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards; drive data-driven decisions.
• Lead creative briefing: define hooks, formats, and angles; collaborate with content/product teams on landing pages.
• Manage partnerships with traffic sources, negotiate premium placements and new opportunities.
• Identify automation opportunities and create SOPs/playbooks to scale campaigns.
