Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Performance Management Manager to join the Talent Management team in a hybrid capacity. The role focuses on leading the performance management experience, coaching, evaluations and the rollout of new software platforms.

You will manage multiple strategic initiatives and develop executive communications for leadership. The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in performance management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Performance Management role or similar senior function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field.
• Experience in a Public Accounting or Professional Services firm preferred.
• Demonstrates deep expertise in performance management and strategic solutions.
• Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the performance management experience (standards, coaching, evaluations, feedback).
• Manage an internal performance management transformation including a new software platform implementation.
• Spearhead multiple high-priority projects with alignment and on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain process docs, job aids, presentations, and resources to drive adoption and excellence.
• Create executive-level presentations and communications aligned to firm priorities.
