Job summary

CohnReznick is hiring a Performance Management Manager to join the Talent Management team in a hybrid capacity. You will lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of the performance management experience, including coaching, evaluations, and feedback, while steering a broad transformation with a new software platform.

The role requires 5+ years in performance management, a business or HR degree, and strong communication with executive audiences.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in performance management or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or business field.
Experience at a Public Accounting or Professional Services firm preferred.
Strong ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design and continuous improvement of the performance management experience.
Manage transformation including a new software platform implementation.
Prioritize multiple projects and align stakeholders for on-time delivery.
Create executive-level presentations and strategic deliverables.
Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and insight generation.
Develop communications plans to drive adoption and compliance.
Collect and analyze data metrics to inform development and succession.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements.
