Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Performance Management Manager to join the Talent Management team in a hybrid capacity. The role focuses on designing and improving the performance management experience, coaching, evaluations, and developing strategic initiatives.

You will manage a major software platform implementation and lead multiple high-priority projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in performance management, a business-focused degree, and strong communication and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Performance Management Manager or in a similar position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field.
• Experience working for a Public Accounting or Professional Services Firm.
• Demonstrates deep expertise in performance management and applies strong business acumen to develop and recommend strategic solutions.
• Strong and effective project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the performance management experience including talent standards, coaching, evaluations and feedback.
• Manage an internal performance management transformation including a new software platform implementation.
• Spearhead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids, presentations, and other supporting resources to drive adoption and operational excellence.
• Create executive-level presentations, communications, and strategic deliverables that support firm priorities and leadership decisions.
