Job summary

You will oversee talent standards, coaching, evaluations, and feedback while guiding a transformation to a new software platform, collaborating with HR field teams and leadership.

You will create executive communications, leverage AI tools, analyze data to drive insights, and develop training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field.
• 5+ years in performance management or similar role.
• Experience in a Professional Services firm preferred.
• Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, maintenance and improvement of the performance management experience.
• Manage a performance management transformation including a new software platform.
• Drive multiple high-priority projects with on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Create process docs, presentations, and materials to drive adoption and excellence.
• Develop executive-level communications and strategic deliverables for leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and insights across programs.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to implement tools and training.
