Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Performance Management Manager to join the Talent Management team in a hybrid capacity. The role leads the design and transformation of our performance management program, coordinating across advisory, assurance and tax functions.

You will drive executive communications, analytics, and adoption of new tools while collaborating with stakeholders firm-wide. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in performance management, a relevant degree, and experience in professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in performance management leadership.
• Experience in a Public Accounting or Professional Services Firm preferred.
• Strong project management and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to develop executive-level presentations and materials for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, maintenance and improvement of the performance management experience.
• Manage internal performance management transformation including a new software platform.
• Prioritize multiple high-priority projects with stakeholder alignment and on-time delivery.
• Create process docs, job aids, presentations, and resources to drive adoption and excellence.
• Create executive-level presentations and strategic deliverables aligning with firm priorities.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and insights across programs.
• Support HR field reps and leadership in implementing tools and techniques.
• Develop and execute communication plans for process awareness and compliance.
• Develop and present performance management training programs and tools.
• Collect, analyze and maintain data metrics to inform development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive improvements.
• Embrace innovation and implement change management strategies.
