Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Performance Management Manager to lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of our PM program. You will manage a transformation initiative, implement a new software platform, and drive adoption through executive communications and trainings.

The role requires collaboration with HR field teams, strong data analytics, and the ability to deliver executive-ready materials. Hybrid work with a strong focus on delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Performance Management role or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field.
• Experience in a Public Accounting or Professional Services Firm.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to develop executive presentations and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead design/development/maintenance of the performance management experience, including coaching and evaluations.
• Manage internal performance management transformation, including new software platform implementation.
• Lead multiple high-priority projects with focus on timely delivery.
• Create process docs, job aids, and presentations to drive adoption and excellence.
• Develop executive-level communications and strategic deliverables for leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and insights across PM programs.
• Assist HR Field reps and leadership in implementing PM tools and techniques.
• Develop and execute communication plans for PM awareness and compliance.
• Create PM training tools and programs.
• Collect and analyze data metrics to inform development and succession planning.
