Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Performance Management Manager to join the Talent Management team in a hybrid capacity in Houston. The role focuses on leading the design and execution of performance management programs, with responsibilities spanning coaching, evaluations, and feedback across the firm.

The successful candidate will drive transformation, manage multiple projects, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Performance Management Manager or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field.
• Experience in a Public Accounting or Professional Services Firm.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continuous improvement of performance management experiences.
• Oversee internal performance management transformation and new software platform implementation.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects with stakeholder alignment.
• Develop process docs, job aids, and presentations to drive adoption and excellence.
• Create executive-level communications and strategic deliverables.
