Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Performance Management Manager to join the Talent Management team in a hybrid capacity in Houston. You will lead the end-to-end performance management experience, including standards, coaching, evaluations, and feedback, and drive the transformation with a new software platform.

You will collaborate across HR and leadership to deliver strategic initiatives, develop executive communications, and leverage AI tools to improve content development and insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a performance management role or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business field
• Experience in a Public Accounting or Professional Services Firm
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to develop executive-level presentations and materials

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the performance management experience
• Manage internal performance management transformation including new software platform implementation
• Drive multiple high-priority projects with prioritization and stakeholder alignment
• Create process documentation, job aids, presentations and resources to drive adoption
• Develop executive-level communications and strategic deliverables to support firm priorities
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and insights across programs
• Assist HR Field reps and leadership in implementing performance management tools
• Develop and execute communication plans for awareness and compliance
• Develop and present performance management training materials
• Collect and analyze data metrics to inform employee development and succession
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and balance needs with long-term goals
• Create change management strategies and plans
