Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Performance Management Manager to join our Talent Management team in a hybrid capacity in Austin, TX. The role focuses on leading the design, development, and continuous improvement of the performance management experience, including coaching, evaluations, and feedback, plus overseeing a transformation with a new software platform.

You’ll drive strategic initiatives and create executive-level deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Performance Management leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business-related field.
• Experience with Public Accounting or Professional Services preferred.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level presentations and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and continuous improvement of the performance management experience.
• Manage internal performance management transformation including a new software platform.
• Drive multiple high-priority projects with effective prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop process documentation, job aids, and communications to drive adoption.
• Create executive-level communications and strategic deliverables for leadership.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and drive innovation.
• Support HR Field and leadership in implementing performance management tools.
• Develop communication plans to drive awareness and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect feedback and balance short-term needs with long-term goals.
