Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Performance Management Manager to join the Talent Management team in a hybrid capacity. You will lead the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of the performance management experience, including standards, coaching, evaluations, feedback, and rollout of a new software platform.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong project management, and the ability to drive adoption across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance management or similar role.
• Strong business acumen to develop strategic solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing executive presentations and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, maintenance, and improvement of performance management processes including standards, coaching, evaluations, and feedback.
• Manage performance management transformation including a new software platform implementation
• Drive multiple high-priority projects with alignment and on-time delivery
• Create executive-level communications and strategic deliverables
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and drive innovation across programs
• Develop and deliver performance management training materials and tools
• Collect and analyze data metrics to inform employee development and succession planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance immediate needs with long-term goals
