Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Performance Management Manager to join our Talent Management team in a hybrid capacity. The role focuses on designing and improving performance management processes, coaching, and overseeing a software platform transformation.

You will develop executive communications and collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and adoption across the firm. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in performance management, a BA in HR or business, and strong data-driven

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in performance management or similar role.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to develop executive-level deliverables and insights.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the performance management experience.
Manage an internal performance management transformation including a new software platform implementation.
Create executive-level presentations, communications, and strategic deliverables for leadership.
