Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Performance Management Manager to join our Talent Management team in a hybrid capacity, located in the United States. This role focuses on leading the PM design, establishing standards, coaching, evaluations, and feedback to advance performance across the firm.

The successful candidate will manage a PM transformation, drive priority projects, and create executive communications. You will leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, develop training, and collaborate with HR

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Performance Management Manager or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience in Public Accounting or Professional Services preferred.
• Proven expertise in performance management and strategic solutions.
• Strong project management and multi-project leadership.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high-quality work output in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to develop executive communications and materials for senior leaders.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to drive strategic working sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of PM experience.
• Manage PM transformation including a new software platform implementation.
• Drive multiple high-priority projects with effective prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop process docs, job aids, and presentations to drive adoption and consistency.
• Create executive-level presentations and strategic deliverables for leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and generate insights across PM programs.
• Assist HR field reps and leadership in implementing PM tools and techniques.
• Develop and execute communication plans for PM awareness and compliance.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain data metrics to inform development and succession.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive improvements.
