Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Performance Management Manager to join the Talent Management team in a hybrid capacity in Chicago. You will lead design, development, and rollout of the performance management experience, including standards, coaching, evaluations, and feedback.

You will manage a multi-project transformation, coordinate with HR and leadership, and create executive communications. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, stakeholder alignment, and leveraging AI tools to enhance processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance management or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or business field.
• Experience at a Public Accounting or Professional Services firm.
• Deep expertise in performance management with strong business acumen.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the performance management experience including standards, coaching, evaluations and feedback
• Manage an internal performance management transformation including a new software platform implementation
• Spearhead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with stakeholder alignment and on-time delivery
• Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids, presentations, and other resources to drive adoption
• Create executive-level presentations and strategic deliverables that support firm priorities
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and generate insights across programs
• Assist HR Field representatives and leadership in implementing performance management tools
• Develop and implement communication plans to drive awareness and compliance
• Collect, analyze and maintain data metrics to inform development and succession planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive improvements
