Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Performance Agreements Team Manager in Beloit, WI to lead the Agreement management team, ensuring service performance aligns with contract scope and delivers customer satisfaction.

You will manage professionals across customer and Valmet organizations to improve performance and reliability of equipment, processes, and personnel, with travel to North America every 6 weeks.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in the Paper Industry.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and customers.
• Willingness to travel within North America on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Agreement management team to oversee customer accounts and ensure service performance per the agreement scope and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day management of professionals working with customer and Valmet organizations to improve performance and reliability of equipment, processes and personnel.
• Support Agreement Team network in Sales and delivery projects.
• Facilitate production line studies and audits to drive efficiency and improvement ideas.
• Travel to North America every 6 weeks.
