• Oversee the Agreement management Team to ensure service performance is met according to the agreement scope.
• Lead NA Life cycle services and improvement programs to enhance customer competitiveness and profitability.
• Coordinate and introduce Valmet technology support to agreement customers.
• Travel within North America approximately every 6 weeks.
