Valmet is seeking a Performance Agreements Team Manager in Beloit, WI to lead the Agreement management team, ensuring service performance aligns with contract scope and delivers customer satisfaction.
You will manage professionals across customer and Valmet organizations to improve performance and reliability of equipment, processes, and personnel, with travel to North America every 6 weeks.
As the Performance Agreements Team Manager at Valmet, you will be responsible for overseeing the Agreement management Team. The group is assigned customer accounts, and the Manager will ensure that service performance is carried out according to the agreement scope and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for the management of a team of professionals that are working with customer and Valmet organizations to improve customer’s performance and reliability of their equipment, processes, and personnel.
