The group is assigned customer accounts, and the Manager will ensure that service performance is carried out according to the agreement scope and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for the management of a team of professionals that are working with customer and Valmet organizations to improve customer’s performance and reliability of their equipment, processes, and personnel.**Your main tasks and responsibilities include:** Management of NA Life cycle services and step-by-step improvement programs designed to improve and maintain the customer’s competitiveness and profitability throughout the mill operations.
