Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Performance Agreements Team Manager in Beloit, WI to oversee the Agreement management Team and ensure service performance aligns with the agreement scope and customer satisfaction. The role leads professionals collaborating with customer and Valmet to improve equipment, processes and personnel performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities include managing life cycle services and tailor-made improvement programs for mill operations, plus coordinating with the Agreement

Qualifications

• Must have Paper Industry, 8-10 years of hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Management of NA Life cycle services and step-by-step improvement programs designed to improve and maintain the customer’s competitiveness and profitability throughout the mill operations.
• Support via the Agreement Team network, our Customer's Performance Agreement sales and delivery projects.
• Facilitate through the Agreement Team Network, production line studies & audits to develop efficiency and generate improvement ideas.
• Coordinate and introduce Valmet technology support to agreement customer.
• Travel - once every 6 weeks within North America.
