Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Performance Agreements Team Manager who will oversee the Agreement management Team, ensuring service performance meets the scope of each agreement and delivers customer satisfaction. You will manage professionals collaborating with customers and Valmet to boost performance and reliability of equipment, processes, and personnel.

The role focuses on lifecycle services, tailor-made improvement programs, and coordinating network-driven studies and audits to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have Paper Industry, 8-10 years of hands-on experience.
• Background in agreement management and customer performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Agreement management Team to ensure service performance aligns with the agreement scope and customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of professionals coordinating with customer and Valmet organizations to improve customer performance and reliability of equipment, processes, and personnel.
• Lead lifecycle services and improvement programs tailored to customer needs and targets.
• Coordinate with the Agreement Team Network and conduct production line studies & audits to drive efficiency and improvements.
• Travel once every 6 weeks within North America.
