Valmet is seeking a Performance Agreements Team Manager who will oversee the Agreement management Team, ensuring service performance meets the scope of each agreement and delivers customer satisfaction. You will manage professionals collaborating with customers and Valmet to boost performance and reliability of equipment, processes, and personnel.
The role focuses on lifecycle services, tailor-made improvement programs, and coordinating network-driven studies and audits to drive efficiency.
As the Performance Agreements Team Manager at Valmet, you will be responsible for overseeing the Agreement management Team. The group is assigned customer accounts, and the Manager will ensure that service performance is carried out according to the agreement scope and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for the management of a team of professionals that are working with customer and Valmet organizations to improve customer’s performance and reliability of their equipment, processes, and personnel.
Management of NA Life cycle services and step-by-step improvement programs designed to improve and maintain the customer’s competitiveness and profitability throughout the mill operations. These long-term agreements are always tailor-made according to the customer’s needs and set targets.
