Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. seeks a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the PeopleSoft HCM resource team, including UX/UI Lead and SME roles, ensuring delivery standards across engagements and serving as the main coordinator between Client leadership, DCHR, and the PeopleSoft team.

You will oversee day-to-day management, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration across Core HR, Payroll NA, Time & Labor, and Benefits modules, driving program health, risks, and milestones with

Qualifications

16+ years of IT program/project management experience including multi-person technical teams.
16+ years of Business Analysis experience.
16+ years of SDLC experience.
16+ years of requirements gathering and documentation.
16+ years of MS Office/PowerPoint experience.
16+ years of PeopleSoft HCM program/team leadership experience.
16+ years of PeopleSoft HCM knowledge (Core HR, Payroll NA, Time & Labor).
10+ years of staff management and mentorship.
10+ years of government IT program management in public sector.
16+ years of requirements analysis and functional design oversight.
10+ years of stakeholder management and executive reporting.
16+ years of UX/UI project oversight with PeopleSoft.
16+ years of PUM deployments.
16+ years of OCI.
16+ years of UI modernization deployments.
16+ years of DOJ Section 508 compliance implementation.
16+ years of third-party identity provider implementations.
16+ years of data visualization system integrations.
16+ years of Oracle database management.
Experience leading compliant projects; cross-functional stakeholder management; DC government experience desired.
PMI PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day management and performance oversight for the PeopleSoft resource team.
Serve as primary escalation point between client leadership, DCHR, and PeopleSoft team.
Coordinate across PeopleSoft HCM modules to align priorities and maintain delivery standards.
Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for concurrent PeopleSoft initiatives.
Track team performance against SLAs/KPIs and drive process improvements.
Facilitate status reporting to OCTO stakeholders on program health and milestones.
Support requirements gathering, design reviews, and change management oversight.
Manage staffing, onboarding, and succession planning for PeopleSoft team.
Lead multiple technical and functional resources to meet standards and deliverables.
Coordinate with client leadership, vendors, and stakeholders for program execution.
Oversee PeopleSoft HCM modernization initiatives to align with business needs.
Ensure effective communication and issue resolution across engagements.
