Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of project management experience leading enterprise application initiatives.
• 5+ years managing PeopleSoft HCM projects in large, complex organizations.
• Experience delivering Workforce Administration (WFA) initiatives or enhancements.
• Experience managing HR, Payroll, Benefits, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Proven success leading requirements, design, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
• Strong executive communication, governance, risk management, and issue resolution skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, vendors, dependencies, and resource plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise PeopleSoft HCM initiatives focused on Workforce Administration and compensation-related processes.
• Manage project delivery from initiation through deployment, stabilization, and project closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Facilitate project governance, steering committees, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decision tracking.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, design reviews, testing activities, deployment readiness, and cutover planning.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Technical, Security, Integration, vendor, and business teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and organizational goals.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and remove obstacles impacting project success and delivery timelines.
• Oversee vendor performance, contract deliverables, and consultant accountability.
