Job summary

HRUCKUS is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager - PeopleSoft to lead its PeopleSoft HCM delivery for the DC government and oversee a multi-disciplinary team. The role requires coordinating with OCTO leadership, DCHR, and the PeopleSoft staff to ensure consistent delivery across Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor modules.

The ideal candidate has 16+ years in IT program management, deep PeopleSoft HCM expertise, and strong Oracle DB/OCI experience.

Qualifications

16+ years in IT program/project management.
16+ years PeopleSoft HCM leadership experience.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience with Oracle databases and OCI.
DC government project experience preferred.
Strong stakeholder coordination and escalation.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day management, mentorship, and performance oversight for the PeopleSoft resource team.
Serve as primary escalation point between OCTO leadership, DCHR, and the PeopleSoft team.
Coordinate cross-functional work across PeopleSoft HCM modules to align priorities.
Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across initiatives.
Track team performance against SLAs/KPIs and drive improvements.
Facilitate regular status reporting to OCTO stakeholders on health and milestones.
Support requirements gathering, functional design review, and change management.
Manage staffing needs, onboarding, and succession planning for the PeopleSoft team.
