Dhaka Technologies Limited Company in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (PeopleSoft HCM) to lead the OCTO PeopleSoft HCM team, oversee delivery standards, and coordinate with DCHR and stakeholders. The role emphasizes staff management, requirements activity, and cross-functional leadership across Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, and benefits functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, business, or related field.
• 16+ years of IT program/project management experience with multi-person teams.
• Extensive PeopleSoft HCM deployment and modernization experience.
• Experience in government/public-sector IT programs and DC government preferred.
• Strong communication and executive reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day management and performance oversight for the PeopleSoft team.
• Act as primary escalation point between OCTO leadership, DCHR, and the PeopleSoft team.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across PeopleSoft HCM modules to align priorities.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for concurrent initiatives.
• Track SLAs/KPIs and drive continuous improvement of delivery processes.
• Deliver regular status reporting to OCTO stakeholders on milestones and risks.
• Support requirements gathering, design reviews, and change management for PeopleSoft HCM projects.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, and succession planning for the PeopleSoft team.
