Job summary

OSC EdgeTech is seeking a senior PeopleSoft HCM engineer to design, develop, and support the organization’s PeopleSoft HCM applications, including payroll, benefits, and workforce administration. You will partner with business stakeholders to analyze needs and implement secure, scalable technical solutions.

You will upgrade, test, integrate, document, mentor teammates, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure stable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in PeopleSoft HCM development and support.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules: Workforce Administration, Benefits, Time & Labor, Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, and Integration Broker.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain customizations and integrations in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Support and extend HCM modules including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor.
• Develop and optimize SQL, PeopleCode, and BI Publisher reports.
• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
