OSC Technical Solutions is recruiting for a senior design and development role focused on PeopleSoft HCM. You will design, develop, and maintain customizations and integrations across HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce administration, while mentoring teammates and ensuring secure, reliable systems.

Key work includes Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI Publisher, Integration Broker, and Oracle DB optimization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
• DOE/Real ID compliance and DOE access badge eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM customizations and integrations.
• Support Workforce Administration, Benefits, Payroll Interface, Time & Labor modules.
• Develop and maintain PeopleCode, AET, SQR, BI Publisher, and Integration Broker components.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Mentor developers and lead technical initiatives across projects.
