Job summary

OSC Technical Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer III to design, develop, and support PeopleSoft HCM applications, aligning with HR, payroll, and benefits workflows.

You will partner with stakeholders to analyze requirements, implement integrations using REST/SOAP, and mentor junior developers while participating in upgrades, testing, and documentation. This role requires strong PeopleSoft expertise and a commitment to reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience developing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
• Must be able to obtain Department of Energy access badge and comply with DOE background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain customizations, enhancements, and integrations within the PeopleSoft HCM environment.
• Support and extend PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Workforce Administration, Position Management, Benefits, Payroll Interface, Time & Labor, and related areas.
• Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher reports, and Integration Broker services.
